Hello! I’m Penny

About the Psychology Practice for Children, Adolescents and Adults

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist (2017) and Counselling Psychologist (2011), with degrees completed at two different institutions – the University of Free State and Rhodes University. My passion is assisting my clients or patients in addressing, adjusting, and overcoming challenges and adversities that they may experience in their lives. I aim to assist those diagnosed with a psychological disorder to not embody their disorder and be crippled by it but to find constructive ways of coping and managing their disorder.

I enjoy working in a multidisciplinary style, in order to provide the best service to my client or patient, while taking their needs into consideration. My desire is to see my clients and patients live up to their full potential, function optimally, be well, and experience fruitful lives. I enjoy working eclectically with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to achieve therapeutic goals. The objective is to build and create long-lasting changes as effectively as possible. Clients and patients are assisted in either English or Sesotho / Setswana.
